One Florida man has fallen onto hard times due to illness. With a condition that affects his brain’s ability to get oxygen, his entire life has been impacted and he relies on a wheelchair to get around. After being denied Social Security, he’s been forced to sell his belongings just to get by.

It seems this could be chalked up to communication errors with the Social Security Administration (SSA), like the kind we’ve reported for months. This gentleman was told he didn’t come in for his interview or send in information, though he says he was never told to do either.
