Life is all about decisions — and that includes decisions about your Social Security benefits.

Some people take them as early as possible. It’s understandable, as many people are ready to leave the workforce and take time for themselves. But at a time when many are un-retiring and heading back to work, it’s nice to know that you can pause your benefits.

This is especially helpful for retirees who only recently learned that waiting until later to take full benefits can result in higher payouts. It’s nice to know that even if you retired early, you can still change your mind.
