Senior citizens deserve to be reimbursed for the years of low – or missing – cost-of-living adjustments.

If a guaranteed 3 percent COLA existed since 2010, beneficiaries would have received an additional $10,970.

Congress must pass The Guaranteed 3% COLA for Seniors Act and backdate it to 2010 to make things right.

Seniors were denied fair COLAs – and that money must be repaid.

This is the one bill that will ensure beneficiaries receive a fair 3 percent COLA each and every year…

…and if made retroactive to the year 2010, retirees will receive the back pay they’re entitled to from years of missing or canceled COLAs.
