Maintaining a healthy retirement lifestyle requires you to keep track of several factors. The first of which is your mental health — remember, nothing precedes the mind.

Seniors should stay active cognitively. That means engaging in fun hobbies, making some time to read each week, and practicing meditation to keep your mind strong.
