As we move further into 2024, seniors are enjoying their raised Social Security benefits.

The 2024 COLA increased payments by 3.2 percent, which amounts to about $50 on average. While we believe this cost-of-living adjustment should’ve been higher, it’s good seniors have extra money heading into the year.

Another reason an increase is beneficial is because of the peace of mind it provides. We know that money isn’t everything, but the more financially stable a person feels, the easier it is for them to pursue other forms of wellness. It’s one reason we work so hard to help keep benefits rising. Seniors deserve it, and it can provide valuable peace of mind.
