Do You Agree With This Opinion About Social Security?

Given it’s such a massive program, it’s understandable that everyone would have their own opinion about Social Security.

While some people worry about its future, others have a more optimistic outlook. According to a recent poll by Gallup, about 45 percent of Americans are satisfied with Social Security. This sentiment is also true with Medicaid.

The state of these programs ranks sixth on a list of twenty-two topics in the country currently. Other issues include the state of the military, the protection of the environment, and more.

In general, more seniors than younger Americans are satisfied with the program. Does this indicate those who are currently getting benefits are content, while those who await them worry they may not be there?
